Oceanside. Our Eastham home is situated on a paved, private road near Cape Cod National Seashore, Coast Guard Beach, and Nauset Light Beach. It is also conveniently located near scenic bike paths, one mile north of the National Seashore Visitor's Center, and near other local attractions and ocean and bay beaches. The house features 4 bedrooms with new beds, 2 full baths, an open living room/dining area, cable TV/DVD, a large fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and gas stove, and washer/dryer in basement. Large, flat, fenced-in yard has playscape and two decks with BBQ grill. Rinse off after a fun-filled day at the nearby beaches in the outdoor shower. Kid friendly. Wireless internet available.

Town-owned beaches:

Parking for town-owned bay side beaches is $15 per day. Parking stickers are $55 per week ($95 for 2 weeks), available at Natural Resources building on Old Orchard Rd (just around the corner). Season passes for town-owned beaches are $150.

There are no dogs allowed on any of the town beaches at any time from June 15th through Labor Day. They are, however, allowed at Dyer Prince Beach Area , except from 9:00am-4:00pm.

National Seashore Beaches:

Parking for National Seashore beaches is $15 per day, and season passes are $45. Season passes can be bought at parking lots, and are good for all National Seashore beaches.

During the summer, pets are not permitted on life guard-protected National Seashore beaches. Passing through to unprotected areas of the beach is permitted. Pets must be on a 6' leash.
