The Setting::
This Lake Tahoe vacation rental home is located on Lake Tahoe's North Shore and on the famous Incline Village Championship Golf Course (designed by Robert Trent Jones), this home is perfect for either a winter or summer vacation. It is conveniently located for skiing at 11 ski areas, golfing at more than 20 golf courses, water sports, mountain sports or gambling (Hyatt Lake Tahoe is less than a 3 minute drive). The closest skiing is 5 minutes away and the closest golfing is a 200-yard walk to the pro-shop. We also provide access to DSL high speed Internet, wireless or Ethernet. Our home is one of the nicest Lake Tahoe vacation rentals that you will find around. We have creeks within 50 meters of each side of our home and the sound of rushing water is beautiful.
The Home: :
Recent upgrades to our home include: a new kitchen with granite counter tops, refinished hardwood floors and new appliances; three completely renovated bathrooms, with new everything - granite counter tops, tile floors, new tubs and showers, new toilets and new fixtures; new carpet throughout the house; and 100% new furniture. The interior has also been repainted. There are two very large living areas - a large living room with an open-hearth fireplace and a large family room with a beautiful wood-burning stove; there are three bedrooms, two and a half baths and additional sleeping capacity in the large master bedroom and in the family room.
Important Information: :
Smokers and animals are not allowed on the property. The carpets are new and of a light color, so please bring slippers, as we prefer no shoes in the house. Parking is available for four or five cars. Snow removal of the parking area is taken care of by a plow service. The lady who cleans our house has worked for us for nearly 15 years. Her rates are very reasonable, $22.50/hour and she normally spends four or so hours cleaning the entire house. A complete instruction sheet and a key to the house will be mailed a week before your scheduled arrival.
Security Deposit: To book our home, $500; Full rent is due 45 days prior to arrival.
Ski:
Diamond Peak is a one minute drive from our home or you can take the free shuttle bus. It is the best family ski area in the Sierras. We ski at Diamond and at Squaw Valley. Want beautiful days of skiing? Ski in the Sierras.
Golf:
We are on the 18th Tee of the Championship Course, but the setting is quiet and private. There are about 20 golf courses in the area. The best, we believe, is in our front yard. Incline Village has two golf courses: The Championship Course (Robert Trent Jones) and the Mountain Course.
