This peaceful home includes laundry room, den with queen sleeper sofa and private bath, 2 guest bedrooms with queen beds that share bath, covered porch and TV room. There is a large dock for quick access to the Marco River and the Gulf of Mexico for great boating and fishing. Close to great shopping, cinema, restaurants and beaches.

  • The master bath has an oversized jetted tub and a large granite sink with 2 sinks. The pool bath, which also serves as the den/bedroom bath, has a separate toilet room and access to the deck, pool and spa. The upstairs bath has a tub/shower and large vanity and sink and is between the 2 guest bedrooms.

It is located through double doors to the great room in the back of the house and has a full water view. It is equipped with cable TV and telephone and has speakers from the stereo system in the great room. The den has a queen size sleep sofa and has a full bath next to it. It has a slider to the deck, pool and spa. It has a TV and telephone. The upstairs includes two guest bedrooms and both have queen size beds. They share a TV room in between them that has a sliding door to a screened and covered furnished deck. They also share a large bath with shower and tub.
