- 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, sleeps 6-8, private splash pool

Make our townhouse your ‘home away from home’ for your Orlando vacation. Located just 2 miles from Disney world in the Windsor Hills Resort, our home is located near all the action! The home has a screened, private splash pool that faces southwest, offering plenty of sun. The master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom a queen bed, and third bedroom a pair of twin beds. All three bedrooms plus the great room have cable TVs. Other amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, dining table with seating for 6, and a full-sized washer/dryer. We offer free hi-speed Internet access with wired and wireless connectivity (WiFi 802.11b and g). A 42 inch HD TV and PlayStation 2 are provided. We also have a high chair and a Pack N Play for little ones.

It’s just a short walk to the fabulous clubhouse with Olympic-size pool and water slide, 50 person movie theater, and sundry shop. Plus, our townhouse is in the building that’s closest to the fun-filled

AMAZING!!!

This was exactly what we were looking for. Clean, convienient, beautiful, secure. Just minutes from all of Disney. You can do the parks in the AM and Pool all afternoon. Fabulous place!! Very responisive owners (by phone and email for any questions).
Thanks again!! Also had a beautiful pool/arcade and castle playground that my kids loved!

My kids LOVED the splash pool and I loved the safety screen and additional high reaching security lock on the door leading to the pool!!

Great spot for kids and Disney!

We loved the condo - perfect for our family. We have kids 11,13, and 15. Clean, as advertised with all the amenities needed. Very close to the parks and easy in and out.

Paul is a wonderful communicator and his response to emails / questions is immediate, thorough and very professional.

Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this spot to a family looking to do Disney.

Perfect Accommodations for Vacationing Family!

We stayed here with our three kids and the grandmas, and were looking for a place near the parks without the overstimulation of a Disney property. Immaculate, comfortable, and more than we expected--everything was provided and in perfect condition. The location is so convenient to Disney, I don't think we could have been closer. Also, the grocery store was close, and convenience and souvenir shops were right around the corner. Definitely better at the end of the day than a cramped hotel room, and we saved tons of money by eating breakfast in and packing our lunches. Windsor Hills offers great amenities but we hardly used--we were happy with our private screened-in splash pool! Paul was great to work with and so was the property management company. By far the best HomeAway experience to date. Thanks!

We had a great time in Orlando. returning after a full day in the parks to a comfortable and spacious house was a delight. Our stay was joyful. We swam in the pool and grilled some food. The Internet was fast. The community was quite and gated. Close to the theme parks.

I already suggested this place to a friend and I will do that to anyone who want to go to Orlando.

Perfect family vacation spot

The townhouse was spotlessly clean and exactly as presented on the website. It was perfect for our family vacation - the splash pool let the adults cook/relax while the children played in close proximity. The Windsor Hills clubhouse was excellent, and the pool a huge hit with the kids. We were close to Disney, close to shopping (my husband enjoyed daily walks to pick up coffee/snacks for the kids) and close to the playground/clubhouse.

Dealing with Paul was also a dream - he was responsive to our emails and questions. We will absolutely be back, and we'll recommend the property to all of our friends traveling to Orlando.
