Tax and cleaning additional. Our condominium is the newest condo in Rim Village. We have a great location with huge views of the red rocks and mountains. The condominium is completely new with the highest quality furniture and furnishings. There's 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a two car garage, air conditioning, high speed internet and washer and dryer. You'll enjoy red rock views from every window! The patio is fenced, private and has a gas grill, nice patio furniture and gate for privacy. Inside our condo, you'll find TVs, DVD players and a fully equipped kitchen, your 'home away from home'. We've made sure that every detail is included in your vacation rental.

Rim Village is only a few minutes from Moab where you'll find plenty of restaurants, shops and entertainment. There is something going on every month in Moab. Arches National Park, Canyonlands and Lake Powell are all a short drive from our condo.

Moab Area: Moab is located in southern Utah where activities for all ages are nearby. Moab Golf Course has breathtaking views from any one of the 18 holes. Enjoy the fine activities, biking on Slick Rock, and the many restaurants and activities in Moab.

Jeep Safari week is in April and Moab has many art festivals and music festivals year round. There are breathtaking views of Moab, Arches National Park and Canyonlands.

Moab's Rim Village: Rim Village is a community located near Moab and close to the Golf Course. Guests will have use of the seasonal pool and hot tub in a centrally located clubhouse.

Moab Utah is surrounded by beautiful Red Rock cliffs and is where many films have been recorded over the years. Moab is a quaint town located in a lush green valley with many shops, boutiques, restaurants and art galleries. It's the mountain biking capital of the world. Centrally located, Moab is close to Arches National Park, Canyonlands, Bryce Canyon and Lake Powell.

Golf: Moab's Golf course is less than a mile from our home. Its one of the most scenic golf courses with red rock surrounding it.

This was a great weekend home for family, friends and dog. Our adventures included hiking, biking, golf, pool and hot tub. We had beds for all and ate together at the large dining table. Kelly was responsive to quick questions.

great baby friendly condo

We had a great stay! The condo was great for our group and baby friendly (no stairs!). My only concern is that the condo was not very well stocked. There was no toilet paper other then the one partial roll out in each bathroom. We had to buy our own. I couldn't start the laundry of sheets and towels when we left because the laundry detergent bottle was empty.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your comments. There should have been plenty of paper products. I am sorry there wasn't. I have talked to the housekeeper about this and have taken the actions to not have this happen again. We hope to see you again.

I took my family of 7 to Moab for Thanksgiving this year and we all thoroughly enjoyed the stay here. The condo was in new condition, was well furnished for both relaxing and cooking, and provided us with the Red Rock views we came to see. We will definitely be returning for future trips!
