Luxurious Villa furnished with many upgrades on a beautiful gated community set in conservation area. Our villa is overlooking one of four lakes, the main lake provides a wonderful nature trail to enjoy walking or jogging, it also has a children’s playground. Fully screened heated pool has loungers for you to relax on in the beautiful Florida sunshine. Covered lania has ceiling fan over table & chairs to enjoy dining alfresco. Master with king bed has cable TV & patio doors leading to the pool, en-suite provides bath & separate shower. Queen bedroom shares an en-suite bathroom with a twin bedroom, both with cable TV. Fourth twin bedroom with cable TV is situated adjacent to house bathroom. All bathrooms have baths, showers & hairdryers. Linen, towels & pool towels provided. Beautifully furnished living/dining area with doors to pool has a queen sofa bed, cable TV, DVD,VCR & CD hifi. Fully fitted kitchen has breakfast nook overlooking pool. Separate laundry area. Games room & PS2.

Local Management company on hand 24 hours a day in the unlikely event that you should require assistance during your stay.

**2009** decorated & new furniture in living area: The villa has been decorated June 2009 with all the living room furniture replaced. New flat screen TV's in all rooms. The games room has Pool Table, Table Tennis, Air Hockey, Foosball, Darts and 2 Bikes. PS2 in twin bedroom

Cranes, Osprey and Blue Heron are often sighted on one of the 4 lakes. Yet just 5 mins from your door you will find a huge selection of shops and restaurants which include: TGI Friday, Perkins, Denny's, Baham Breeze, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell and numerous Italian restaurants.

We got back last night after an amazing week in your house. The place was perfect. Our daughter practically lived in the pool. I can honestly say this was the first trip where at the end we realized that we did not miss our house. All I can say is thanks. Kevin & Lynne, Seattle

Beautiful villa in the ideal location for all parks and other tourist amenities. This is the 3rd time we have stayed in this villa and we will be back. The house is very clean and spacious, it has a games room for the kids and the pool area is fantastic. The house itself has 4 big bedrooms and will comfortably allow 8 people to stay. Cumbrian Lakes Drive is a beautiful, clean, quiet area that is very convenient for everything. We will definately be back next year. A massive "THANK YOU" to the owners for their kind hospitatlity and attention to detail.

The property was beyond great. It was just as advertised. Very appealing for my family. Wish we could have stayed longer & can't wait to return. The property was very clean & family friendly. The owners (Karen) of the property are great to work with. Went above & beyond to make sure that any questions I needed answered was handled. We really enjoyed our time in this villa. It was immaculately clean and, although only 2 of us , easily would sleep 6 adults. It was comfortable and very well situated for all the attractions in Orlando. Peaceful at night too which meant lots of good sleep!!The booking process was the most straightforward we have ever had, and we have been to Florida about 20 times!! Many thanks to the owners...I just wish it was ours.
