Sorry, No Weekly Rentals. 2 month minimum. No pets. This 2006 home in a gated golf and pool community offers something for everyone. Included in your stay is the use of a 1st class fitness center, tennis courts with lights and Har-Tru surface as well as an on-site restaurant. There are also two pools for your use. One large pool for swimming and fun and a lap pool for exercise. There is also a hot tub and cabana bar. The complex sits on a nature preserve and there is a special walkway for taking in all the beautiful surroundings. Only 4 miles to the beach and even less to historical downtown Venice with shops and restaurants. There is an on-site golf course which is currently open to the public and many great courses in Venice. You are only 15 minutes from Sarasota which has world class shops and restaurants.
