Sorry, No Weekly Rentals. 2 month minimum. No pets. This 2006 home in a gated golf and pool community offers something for everyone. Included in your stay is the use of a 1st class fitness center, tennis courts with lights and Har-Tru surface as well as an on-site restaurant. There are also two pools for your use. One large pool for swimming and fun and a lap pool for exercise. There is also a hot tub and cabana bar. The complex sits on a nature preserve and there is a special walkway for taking in all the beautiful surroundings. Only 4 miles to the beach and even less to historical downtown Venice with shops and restaurants. There is an onsight golf course that is not open to the public.There are many great golf courses in Venice that are open to the public. You are only 15 minutes from Sarasota which has world class shops and restaurants.

Venice is a charming city with small shops and restaurants. Located only 15 minutes from Sarasota, you can take a short drive to experience world class shopping as well. Venice has all the amenities without all the traffic like other cities such as Naples. There is live theater, world class fishing and top of the line golf courses. There is something for everyone!
