Contemporary cottage located just a few steps from the water at Indian Neck beach. Cozy, yet spacious, this is the ideal vacation home for beachcombers and nature lovers. The open plan living/dining area has cathedral ceilings, fireplace, ceiling fan, huge picture windows, comfortable furniture and a large dining table. The well equipped kitchen is open to the living area and has a breakfast bar, range, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, lobster pot and plenty of pantry room. Four bedrooms, sleeps up to 8: two bedrooms with double beds and one with 2 bunk beds upstairs, additional bedroom with 2 twin beds downstairs, a full bath and additional enclosed outdoor shower. Private fenced-in back yard and patio with grill, outdoor lounge and dining furniture with shade umbrella, a hammock and an enclosed outdoor shower. Close to great restaurants, the Audubon Society, the Wellfleet drive-in & flea market, shopping, and more. Excellent area for biking and kayaking

Indian Neck is located between the town of Wellfleet and Lieutenants Island. The area is known for its sandy beaches, and abundant bird life. It is also home to the famous Wellfleet oysters and clams, which are harvested twice daily during low tides. At medium and high tide, the beaches are excellent for swimming and kayaking. At low tide you can walk for miles. The sunset is particularly spectacular taking in a view of the bay and Great Island beyond. Also nearby are Wellfleet's ocean-side beaches, which are famous for their surf and several calm fresh water ponds. The town of Wellfleet has an abundance of restaurants, fresh fish, fruit and vegetable markets, and many galleries and gift stores. The bike trail, the Audubon Society, WHAT (Wellfleet Harbor Actors Theatre) and the Wellfleet drive in theatre and flea market are all a short drive away. There are plenty of hiking areas from short loops to a good days trail around Great Island. The bustling Provincetown is a 15 minute drive.
