Baywatch Cottage is a waterfront Cape Cod style home ideally suited for a Chincoteague Island vacation. Although it is quiet and relaxing, it is a short 5 minute drive to most of what Chincoteague has to offer. Some of the famous Chincoteague Ponies graze just outside the split rail fence surrounding the yard. Geese, ducks, ospreys, shorebirds, songbirds, bunnies, and deer frequent the area. Some amenities included are luxury mattresses, high thread count sheets, high speed internet access, satellite television, and access to the owner's dock located in front of the cottage. Additionally, guests can use the pool, hot tub, sauna, and fitness room located at The Refuge Inn, 7 minutes away.

Additional information about rental rates

  • $900 to $1400
  • During Peak Season: Holiday weeks & Pony Penning week = $1900.00 per week plus tax
    Cost for three day mini vacation is $225.00 per day plus tax. Available only in off season. Call for details.
  • Payable by check or money order. 1/2 of the total rental amount is due within two weeks of reserving. The balance is due one month prior to arrival. A refundable security deposit of $100 is also due with the final payment.
    Cancellations of weekly rental: Cancellations more than one month prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee of $250. If cancelled in the month prior to arrival, you will lose 1/2 of your rental fees unless we are able to rent to someone else, in which case you will forfeit $250.
