Charming new home located on a hillside in a wonderful neighborhood in southern Puerto Rico. Beautiful valley view with Caribbean Sea beyond. Two bedrooms - each with its own private balcony! Only 10 minutes to beaches and boat to Gilligan's Island. Located adjacent to Guanica Dry Forest. Great breezes each afternoon. House is newly furnished with brand new appliances. Just a 2 hour drive from San Juan airport or a thirty minute drive from Ponce airport.

Guanica is a beautiful, quaint waterfront village located on the Caribbean Sea. Home of the world famous Guanica Dry Forest, the area offers hiking and birdwatching as well as beautiful beaches. A boat from San Jacinto will take you to the beautiful uninhabited island of Gilligan for a wonderful beach adventure! Other areas of interest include LaParguera (with wonderful seafront restaurants) and Cabo Rojos Lighthouse.

A Jewel In the Mountains!

My spouse and I rented this home and were very pleasantly surprised as to the accomodations and ammenities provided. The home was clean and had a fantastic views of the Mountains as well as the Carribean Sea. The owners were simply a joy to deal with. Well worth the money paid. We highly recommend this property to anyone wishing to discover the most beautiful undiscovered area of Puerto Rico.
