Villa, 3 Bedrooms, 2.5+ Baths, (Sleeps 6)

Private, yet very close to the Beach.

Completely remodeled, a privately owned three bedroom, two and one-half bath villa located on the Ocean Golf Course. A short five minute walk to the beach and closer to the pool.The first floor begins with Aztec clay tile and beautiful accent rugs. The master bedroom features a king bed and private attached bath with dressing table. There are hardwood floors in the upstairs bedrooms which have a second king bed and two twins. This villa has all the space and amenities to maximize your vacation needs.

Other amenities include three televisions (one flat screen), a VHS/DVD player, modest video library, cable, stereo sound system, high-speed internet, microwave, dishwasher, full-size washer/dryer, and a fully equipped custom kitchen. To make your vacation more enjoyable and virtually hassle free, we provide all linens, as well as pool towels, beach chairs, picnic baskets, coolers, and much more.

FUN TIME....

good location, nice "home-like" atmosphere. nice view! kitchen well stocked -- even on vacation, I like to cook some, and most condos have only bare-bones equipment. This kitchen was the best equipped of any we've been in. Living Room & Bedrooms need updating, but all in all very comfortable. Problems with internet...Scott worked with ISP to get fixed. Unit was clean & generally well maintained. I would recommend this property to others, and would consider renting this one again. Bike riding in Sea Pines is the BEST, can't be vacation without it!!! Great to have bikes there. If you need more than the ones, supplied, however...Bicycle Billy's has better deals on extras. Thanks, Scott. Will be in touch next year!

Great Stay in Hilton Head

Condo was a good value and in great shape. Very convenient to the beach with a beautiful view of the golf course. 3-bedroom unit with an open floor concept on the 1st floor. No issue with noise, very clean and well-equipped. Grocery, fast food and affordable family restaurants were all just outside of the Sea Pines gate. Included two bikes and tennis court access. We were able to take our 2 dogs for a reasonable additional charge. Everything was as advertised. Would definitely recommend this unit to a friend (already have).

Great house and location

This is the second year our family of six (and a dog) stayed at the villa. Everyone loved the location and all of the amenities offered. We could not have been more comfortable! Easy walk or bike to the beach and easy bike to Harbour Town.. We used the bikes many times a day and rarely got into the car. The villa was clean and everything was in order for our stay. It is hard to find a nice property that is suitable for six and a dog, but this villa worked perfectly!

Close to Beach; Comfortable Setting

We stayed here for 9 days and enjoyed each and every one. The villa is well furnished and comfortable. Located only a block or two from the beach club made for an easy commute to the beach either via bikes or car. Our Lab loved the backyard which opens to the 10th fairway of the Ocean Course and a nice lagoon. The bikes were an added plus as the kids took advantage of them and rode everywhere. Will definitely look to stay here again in the future!

Loved It for the Most Part!

A beautiful villa with a beautiful view! Lots of bike paths and very close to the beach. Our two pups enjoyed their stay, also. Have never stayed in such a dog-friendly place before as Hilton Head. Every restaurant we went to that had an outside eating area welcomed our dogs with a menu and bowl of water just for them! Also, the beach was dog friendly with showers to wash them off if needed. The only thing we couldn't get used to was the acorns hitting the roof at night(we were there in October and we assume this is a seasonal thing?). Also, not much sound insulation between floors. Still, thoroughly enjoyed the villa and watching the golfers go by. Scott was very helpful - especially in helping us find a pet sitter for when we would be away for more than a couple of hours.
