One of the most convenient and beautiful locations in Park City, this roomy condo is high on a hillside among the Aspen trees on a private road. It is quiet, yet steps to the famous Park City Mountain Resort, major hiking and biking trails, and the exquisite Park City Golf Course. Whether you’re renting for skiing, snowboarding, golf or hiking, this beautiful condo has it all. Plus, it’s only 35 minutes from the Salt Lake City Airport making Park City the easiest ski resort to access in the entire country.
If you want ski-in / ski- out, then Crescent Ridge is for you. Our unit is located less than 100 yards from the actual slopes of Park City. Imagine starting your day by simply skiing down to the lifts. Imagine skiing down after your last run and relaxing in the nearby hot tub and outdoor heated pool. There are no developments as convenient as Crescent Ridge and we are at the very end of our road, closest to the mountain.
Park City Mountain Resort (see link below) offers 106 runs, over 3000 feet of vertical and 355 inches of average snowfall. An alpine coaster operates in the summer and winter. Ice skating, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, cross country skiing and other activities are offered in and around Park City.
In the summer, we’re just a one-minute walk to the base of Spiro Trail, one of the primary access points to all of the area's hiking and biking. Crescent Ridge is also within walking distance of the Park City Golf Course. Park City is known for its mountain biking and its extensive trail system is known worldwide as some of the best riding around. Whether you prefer trail riding, paved paths, or taking your bike up the chairlift and riding down the ski runs, Crescent Ridge has something for you.
Crescent Ridge had been totally updated with a modern kitchen with stainless appliances, a beautiful living room with new furniture, and a modern dining room. There is a large deck with a gas grill that backs onto an Aspen grove with tons of privacy. We also offer a heated garage with an automatic garage door. There is plenty of indoor ski storage and lots of room to store equipment, coats, gloves, etc. We are the upper unit and there are only 2 condos in each building.
The master bedroom is beautifully decorated and has a large King bed, private bathroom and direct access to the deck. The family bedroom has a Queen bed and a bonus room/loft with a pull-out couch, a cot and a desk. This extra room is great for kids and can also be used as an office. The upstairs bedroom has a double bed and there is a pull-out couch in the living room. There are 5 TVs with cable for your entertainment in addition to a 2 DVD players and one VCR.
Historic downtown Park City is about a 20 minute walk, but the award-winning free bus system has a stop very near the condo, making it even easier to get to shopping, restaurants, and Sundance events.
While you can ski out to Park City, there are many other great ski areas that are close by. Deer Valley and The Canyons are only minutes away, also via the free bus system. Alta, Snowbird, Snowbasin Solitude and many others are an easy 50 minutes away. Cross-country skiing can be accessed right out your door.
Winters may bring you out to Park City, but summers and fall are what will make you stay. Take your choice of hiking or biking up the more than 300 miles of trails, or simply take a ski lift up to hike or bike (yes, the lifts also carry your bike up!). All three resorts have summer lift service. Seven high-class golf resorts are within a short drive. The Jordanelle Reservoir has boating, fishing, and water skiing. Fly fishing is big here. Add this to the huge amount of music and art events (almost every day) in the summer, and you have the perfect vacation. Park City’s award-winning restaurants are easier to get into and there are many travel deals to be had.

When we're not using our condo, we live in Severna Park, MD near Annapolis. We have 3 kids, ages 17, 14 & 11.
Larry Leikin purchased this condo in 2007
Best snow anywhere and proximity to the airport make Park CIty the best of the west. Fantastic dining options and a real historic mining town make Park City the best.
Skiing & Snowboarding for sure, but also night sledding, mountain biking, hiking, snowshoeing (The Spiro trail is 100 yards from our front door)
Stayed in the unit for four nights. Nice condo with LOTS of room and well equipped. The unit is up several flights of stairs as others have indicated. However, this was not a big deal since you can park the garage and safely stage your luggage inside the building while unloading/loading the car. Access to the lifts is fine. Just walk around 300 feet to the trail and ski down to the lift. Ski in was a little more challenging due to the large half pipe and/or practice race course that you need to cross. We just skied down the half pipe (no races), crossed under the rope and skied across the trail (that had a practice race) to the same spot that we started. Larry attentive and provided excellent instructions and communication. We would definitely stay in this condo in the future.
There were 3 adults & 3 kids (2 teenage girls & an 11 year old boy) in our party. The 4 bedrooms worked well although you have to enter the 4th through the 2nd master suite. When we arrived we noticed the beautiful setting. It's about a 300 ft walk on the private road, to the slopes so ski-in. However, ski-out was slightly challenging. Because of the halfpipe & racing, you cannot ski over to the same spot as ski-in. You have to ski down to the 3 Kings lift then take your skis off and walk uphill about 200ft before walking the 300 ft on the road. Or you have to take a black bump run, Ligety Split, to the entrance to the Cresent Ridge Condo complex and walk about a 1/4 mile on the road to the condo. There are 3 flights of steps as others commented and yes, that means hauling all the groceries & luggage up. But, the privacy, vaulted ceilings, multiple bedrooms, the views were worth it. The kitchen was well equipped and there were multiple condiments & spices as well as all the utensils & pots & pans. We did replenish the papertowels & dish soap during our stay as well as add to the dry goods! The condo was clean and ready. The temperature was 65F and quickly warmed up when we turned the thermostat to 68. There were plenty of linens & pillows. The soap/shampoo/lotion sets in every bathroom were a nice touch. The gas grill was very appreciated. We loved this very comfortable condo and definitely plan to return. This is our 4th Spring Break in PC and this was definitely the nicest place we have stayed.
Stayed from Feb 6-10. Relatively new to vacationing in the Park City area, having stayed last year at the Canyons resort complex. We found the condo comfortable, convenient, clean, and nicely equipped. Close to shopping, Park City's Main Street, and 50 yards to the slopes. Highly recommend staying here.
The property was very nice, and matched the listing photos. The property was well maintained and close to the slopes. More than enough room for the five in our party. The owner was very helpful and responsive before and during the rental period. I would return and would gladly recommend this property to friends and relatives.
This was actually a very challenging condo. Albeit is in a beautiful location it is not as convenient as it is represented. Upon arrival and making several trips up three flights of stairs we found the condo filthy and the heat had been turned off. It was forty degrees inside! It took a long time to warm up since it the outside temp was only in the single digits. One call to Larry did get the housekeepers in to get things cleaned up. It would have been nice to have wash cloths in the bathrooms and paper towels in the kitchen. We had to rewash the dishes before we could use them. Maybe a better quality soap? The upstairs bedroom is a sauna even with the vents closed and a window open. Two of the toilets were iffy (the plunger by the toilet should have been a clue).
The "ski out" was okay but the "ski in" part was not. Since it was early in the season not all of the lifts and runs were open and we were unable to ski to the condo area and had to walk uphill in the snow in our ski boots. Ouch!
Now that I am more familiar with the area I will look for a more convenient place next time we visit Park City.
We just returned from using this condo for a Spring Break vacation. We had a total of 4 adults and 3 kids and had plenty of room. If your kids are doing ski/snowboard school you will probably end up driving over to the resort. However, if everyone in your group is proficient, it is definitely a ski in/out, although the actual distance to the slope is closer to 100 yards, not 50.
The condo is well designed and decorated. The floor-plan is unique! Very comfortable.
Our only complaint is regarding the hottub. It would be nice if the hottub was located on site. The community hottub is a half a mile away and the one time we tried to use it, it was broken. Furthermore, it closes at 8:30!!! Due to these issues, we gave the overall rating a "Good" instead of "Excellent".
Thanks for the great experience!
