You have found the ideal base for your 'Holiday to Remember' in Florida. Whether you require your break to be for 4-5 days minimum, 1-2 weeks, mid week to mid week if required, 1 month or even 2-3 months winter breaks. We cater for them all!! The location is excellent, with easy access to the main interstate. Highway I-4 will take you to either all of Orlando's attractions or to Tampa, Busch Gardens and the Gulf Coast, which is just one hour easy drive away. Atlantic coast and Kennedy Space Center are equally just over one hour away. Our four-bedroom, three bath home is located in the gated community of Reserve at Town Center. With its South facing sun drenched private pool, our home is just what you are looking for to make your Florida vacation relaxing, fun and memorable.

From the minute that you drive through the impressive entrance gates, the quiet, palm-tree lined streets, well maintained gardens and brightly coloured houses create a feeling of peace and tranquility. The community was purposely built in a rural wildlife beauty spot, with properties either backing on to a lake or an area of woodland conservation. Yet, Town Center is ideally located only 5 minutes from Exit 58 off Interstate 4. The entrance to Disney is an 8 minute drive away, Sea World is a 15 minute drive and Highway 192 with its vast array of shops and restaurants is just 9 minutes. The new Champions Gate Resort Complex offering two Greg Norman designed golf courses, a large supermarket to cater for all your needs and various food outlets and small family restaurants is a 5 minute drive from the community. The coast can be reached within an hour.

My family and I just spent a week in this Davenport vacation home. The house was immaculate and it had all the comforts of home and it made for a very relaxing vacation. The kids absolutely loved the pool. The only thing that could have been different would be more TVs and more games for the kids. The home was close to restuarants and parks. I would definately recommend this vacation home to my friends and family.
