This one bedroom condo is conveniently located to the beach, shopping, your choice of restaurants, and many local attractions. Beach Club properties include two lakes, a community pool, hot tub, exercise center, lighted tennis courts, laundry facilities, and clubhouse.

This unit has been beautifully remodeled with tile floors throughout, stainless appliances, new cabinets and granite in kitchen, and all new bath. The decor is tropical and vibrant.

Orlando's Disney and other many attractions are only a short hour car ride away. Port Canaveral is a half hour away. Local communities of Eau Gallie, Melbourne and Vero Beach have much to offer both residents and tourists.

Indialantic is a quiet area with clean beaches, beautiful parks and plenty of access to the ocean.
