Comfortable 2 bedroom condominium located on the access road to Sunday River Ski Resort. Only 1.8 miles to Sunday River Resort with Free Mountain Explorer shuttle to and from the mountain and to most down town Bethel locations. Close to golf courses, cross-country skiing, snowmobile trails, movie theater, local restaurants and nightlife, as well as nearby Mt. Abram Ski Resort. Perfect for families and friends looking to get the most out of any season. The condo has 2 bedrooms. The downstairs bedroom has a full size bed and futon in the loft area. The upstairs bedroom suite has a full bath, queen size bed and full size futon. The living room has a sectional couch with queen size sleeper. The condo is equipped with a full kitchen, 3 TVs (cable), Ipod docking station, CD player and DVD/VCR. Local phone access is also included.
