Upstairs features a den with futon and TV, guest bedroom & spacious full bath upstairs. The game room aka The Dog Pound sports a professional pool table, cable internet access, media room w/big flat screen TV & leather sleeper sofa w/recliners, guest bedroom, bathroom, and laundry on lower level. Tree-house feel and year round views from both main level and lower level decks. Built by a craftsman you'll love the attention to detail. Our vacation home is located in the beautiful Smoky Mountains of Western North Carolina less than 15 minutes north of downtown Asheville. Every season offers something for everyone. Outdoor enthusiasts will love all the activities at their doorstep; hiking, biking (mountain and street), whitewater kayaking, rafting, canoeing, tubing, golf, leaf looking, snow skiing & boarding, mountain climbing and spelunking just to whet your appetite. The entrance to the Blue Ridge Parkway is about a mile away. Five rivers are within an easy drive. Four snow ski lodges are within two hours. Arts and Crafts lovers will find many things to interest them, shopping, museums, theater, concerts, and our star attraction The Biltmore Estate is about 20 minutes south. The 'Land of the Sy' truly boasts something for everyone. We look forward to being your hosts in Asheville.
