The home boasts 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with private deck access from all bedrooms. Enjoy a lazy afternoon on the 3,000 square foot wrap around deck. The house is situated on a builder’s acre and is located on the Waccamaw chain of Lakes. The house is 3 blocks to Litchfield Beach and minutes to the highest rated Golf courses in the United States - Caledonia, True Blue, The Reserve and Traditions. After a long day at the beach, jump into the outside shower to cool off. Enjoy dinner on the screened porch overlooking the lake or jump into the Frontgate hammock and let the ocean breeze rock you to sleep. If you prefer the couch then Made for Memories has you covered. A micro suede L-Shape couch overlooks a 42 Inch plasma screen TV and fireplace.

This house is absolutely gorgeous, nicely furnished, and has more amenities than described: A golf cart to cart the stuff to the beach, an X-Box game system (no controllers, though), even an alligator who occasionally surfaces in the lake behind the house. There is dining room seating for 10 so that large families can be together for meals. There is a tiny crow's nest with a beautiful view of the surrounding area, reached by a spiral staircase from the second floor. Beds and furniture are quite comfortable. Loved that hammock as well as numerous rocking chairs placed around the deck.
I'm not sure about sleeping 12 people--there are two bedrooms on the first floor but one has 2 queen beds--not terrific for privacy unless several kids used the room. Second floor has two bedrooms also, each with a queen bed. By my estimation, that's only 10 bed places. When we asked, the owner assured us that the pool was right around the corner. However, he neglected to say that we were not allowed to use it. The owner's family pictures and other personal items used to decorate were a bit disconcerting.
The area is beautiful. The house is right across the street from the bike path and around the corner from an ice cream shop, and a few blocks from the beach.
If the pool was open to us, I'm sure we would stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at "Made for Memories!" The house was beautiful, close to the beach, and close to Huntington State Beach, as well as Brookgreen Gardens. There was also a wonderful restaurant, beach store, and ice cream shop within walking distance. I would highly recommend this property to others!
The beds were incredibly comfortable, the kitchen had every pan and utensil you might need, the hammock was wonderful... Absolutely a great place to stay Unfortunately, it looks as though the owners were selling it...
