Weekend, Weekly, Monthly and Seasonal Rentals available. Chimney Hill is located just minutes from Mount Snow Resort, championship golf, major lakes & the town of Wilmington. Chimney Hill Vacation Rental Homes are privately owned. We have 3,4, and 5 bedroom homes available, some homes have their own hot tub. There is a Clubhouse with an indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, game room, movie room, (BYOB) bar, playgrounds, tennis and basketball courts. WiFi is available at the Clubhouse and office. There is also a stocked fishing pond, lighted ice skating rink, cross country skiing trails, shuffle board courts, bocce ball, horse shoe pits, wilderness trails and access to Vermont VAST Snowmobile trail system on the grounds. Mountain views and quiet Vermont charm is what puts Chimney Hill in a class all its own. Chimney Hill is truly a unique resort community situated on the edge of Vermont's Green Mountain National Forest.
