Our patio opens to a wonderful large courtyard and pool area. This beach get away was professionally decorated with couples in mind and offers all of the luxury appointments that you would expect from much higher priced accommodations! Complete with granite countertops and state of the art appliances, this condo is top notch.

Relax and snuggle up in the soothing ambiance of this beautiful condo and enjoy a good book or a movie on our 42' flat screen HDTV. Hidden Beach is just steps away from movie and bike rentals. From here you can stroll the miles and miles of paths throughout Seagrove, Seaside and Watercolor.

The weather in Seagrove offers cool nights where you can dine outside at one of the many wonderful restaurants along 30-A or take in a free concert or movie at Seaside, a nice walk from our unit. We know you will have a wonderful vacation at our home in the heart of Seagrove!

We loved everything about this condo and the surrounding area! Dan was great to work with . The condo is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It may be a studio, but the place is very spacious and the kitchen was wonderful for cooking fresh seafood a few nights. We also used the grill outside for steaks one night. We look forward to another visit to this condo soon!

We had a great time in this condo. It is an excellent location-- so convenient to the beach, the pool, to seaside , biking path, everything we like. It is very tastefully decorated. Had everything we needed without being cluttered. The owner was very helpful and always responded quickly to any inquiry. It is truly as nice as the pictures portray..Perfect couples getaway.

Perfect for a couple! :) My husband and I stayed for 5 nights...great location in gorgeous Seagrove Beach! The property is older, but this unit is completely redone. This unit has tile in the entry, bathroom, and kitchen; hardwood floors in the living area. There are granite counters and updated cabinets in the bathroom. The kitchen has granite counters and stainless appliances. We ate breakfast and lunch most days in the unit and the kitchen is fully equipped with plates, cups, toaster, blender, etc.

The initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and hand soap are so nice upon check in! The WaterColor Publix is about 5 minutes away. The unit is about 20 steps from the Palayo Beach access, which is a boardwalk straight to the white sand and emerald water of Seagrove! Seaside is a 5 minute bike ride or car ride away...lots to do! We loved our lunch at The Meltdown, a gourmet grilled cheese food truck. We also enjoyed the sunset at Bud and Alley's rooftop bar.

We ate dinner at Hurricane Oyster Bar (delicious lobster tacos with Gouda cheese grits) in Grayton Beach, Stinky's Fish Camp (yummy Crawfish Pie) in Santa Rosa, Goatfeathers (great drinks and oysters) in Santa Rosa, and Seagrove Village Market (AMAZING fried shrimp...best I've ever had!) in Seagrove!

Dan was great to work with...quick responses to emails!
We had a wonderful stay and can't wait to go back!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway

This was a GREAT place to stay for a long weekend getaway. The location has easy access to the beach and restaurants, etc. The best complement i can give is that the owners were very accomodating to me being a last minute rental. I really appreciate that and would definitely recommend staying here to others :-) :-)

PERFECT! Place was great! Nice updates, cool A/C, nice decor and perfect access to beach! We rented bikes and let the car sit. You can ride or walk to Seaside/Watercolor or even venture down to Alys and Rosemary. Again, the location was key! Literally 50 paces to beach access. We will be back again next year if not earlier! Thanks Dan!
