As the original owner of this home since 2005, and as the original vacation home manager all these years on HomeAway.com, I regretfully had to sell my dream vacation rental home in 2010. However, I'm still babying and managing this vacation beautfy for the new owner who is quite a nice fellow.
When I bought the home in 2005, the home was just 2 bedrooms with 1 bath. I was fulfilling my dream when I was able to open up the dining room door to an open stairway which charms your way to the 3rd floor, where I was thrilled to finish and complete the top floor two bedrooms! I always wanted to add a 2nd bathroom upstairs, but didn't get the chance. The new owner has put a GORGEOUS shower outside, which many vacationers ADORE! And the extra shower really helps to make this vacation home always functionable! As the home is still a personal love of mine I keep it extremely clean, well kept, and I always have YOU in mind as I take every Vacationer's vacation week/s very seriously and I work hard to make sure this home is worth every hard earned dollar you entrusted to us.
This quiet beautiful clean vacation home has lots of room for everyone in your group!
Hope to see you soon on our beautiful Cape Cod! Once you get the sand of the Cape in your shoes, you'll always come back!
Cheri purchased this house in 2005
Why Cheri chose Falmouth
~As the person who has been renting out this home for what will be my 8th year this year, I recommend you START by reading our 5 STAR RATING and personal comments about the home, it's management, and so much more, because no one tells it better than people who have already stayed here!
~I grew up here on the Cape just minutes away from this home. I moved away for a time but HAD to move back so my children could experience the small town and historical beauty of Falmouth as well as be among one of the most famous resort town's in the world!
~Since Falmouth is SURROUNDED BY 7 BEACHES, this home is centrally located giving short distance and easy access to ALL 7 BEACHES!
~Since I moved back to the Cape I really appreciate so much more why people come from ALL OVER THE WORLD (My first rental family was from Norway!) to EXPERIENCE this MAGICAL PLACE!
~When you make that valuable decision WHERE TO STAY on OUR VACATION, you've GOT to know you are going to stay in a REAL home that has DOCUMENTED EXPERIENCE from other Vacationers who have ALREADY RENTED THIS HOME!
~BE SURE the Vacation Home you choose has A GREAT RATING and meets ALL the needs of everyone in your group. ~In THIS VACATION HOME you can be SURE that the manager and owner have PROVEN to have the utmost respect for being YOUR CHOICE to spend your most VALUABLE TIME, your VACATION!
What makes this house unique
~The UNIQUENESS of THIS home is the private culdesac road which this home sits at the END of! This home is TUCKED away in a CIRCLE OF TREES which go up in elevation in the back yard, giving you the feeling you are AMONGST THE TREES when you are on the 2nd floor and 3rd floor, where the DECK SITS, the KITCHEN AND DINING ROOM, and TWO of the home's BEDROOMS, and the bathrooom.
~The soft breeze and the smell of the air is unmistakedley going to stay with you for always, and draw you back to this home, as it has for so many already.
~As a GIFT to those who STAY in this home and RETURN the next year, and have left us a feedback, there will be a $100 discount off your week's stay with us the next year! That's enough money to have ANOTHER great day on the CAPE!
