Relax on Deck Overlooking Lake in Surfside Beach, Oceanside Village, with 24 hour security and only a short walk or drive to a private beach access. Enjoy the Conch Cafe, an oceanfront restaurant for lunch, dinner or cocktails. In this gated Community you can enjoy an indoor heated pool, outdoor pool, children's playground, basketball and tennis courts, as well as five stocked fishing lakes and community center. Golf carts are available for rental. Surfside Beach and Garden City fishing piers are 1 mile away. We are close to all Myrtle Beach attractions. Bring your appetite because you are close to great seafood restaurants in Murrell's Inlet, Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, Pawley's Island. Plus shopping at these same locations and 2 Tanger Outlets. Our home features two bedroom with 1 full bath & 1/2 half bath, living room w/ one sofa beds, two TVs, DVD/VCR, stereo, full kitchen, microwave, cooking utensils and cookware provided, washer, dryer and grill.

    $250.00 refundable damage deposit required.

    Final payment due 30 days prior.
    Winter (Oct 01-Mar 31) ......$700.00/month
    Spring (Apr-May) ...............$750/week**
    Summer(Jun-Sept)...............$750-850/week**
    Summer (Jun-Sept) ............$850-950/week**.
    Bike weeks and July 4th week.....Add $125.00.
    Security Deposit fee $250.00.
    Snow Birds Welcome.
