Villa Palmira, offers you a unique experience on the Caribbean Sea with delightful swimming, beach combing and walking on a nearly private, natural beach more than two miles long. You'll stay just steps from the sand. As you enjoy your morning coffee, you'll lookout over the sparkling sea and hear waves gently lapping on the beach! This fully air conditioned home offers privacy and comfort for up to 10 people. All furniture and appliances are new and all beds are comfortable and new, as this property just began renting in July 2006. Recently redecorated to celebrate the colors of the Caribbean, Villa Palmira, has four bedrooms and three baths, plus an outdoor shower and backyard garden with covered patio. It is in a delightful gated community and near many tourist attractions including the El Yunque Rain Forest Park, Old San Juan, off shore islands, Palmas Del Mar Resort and Golf Courses. It's a great location for both couples and families.

Located in a private, gated community, Villa Palmira, offers miles of beach combing. On one side of the Villa Palmira beach, a nature center provides hiking trails and kayaking. To the north a Government Park limits access to the beach and stretches more than a mile to Punta Santiago, a quaint beach town with nightlife and a number of well-regarded native seafood restaurants. A newly opened water park at Punta Santiago Public Beach can be reached via a short stroll north along the beach. The swimming is safe and the ocean floor sandy. Children will find the edge waters shallow and inviting. Adults can swim out a few hundred feet for deeper waters and still find a sandy bottom.
