It has a deeded right-of-way to the beach that is a 1-2 minute walk down a level private path. The beach is fabulous and quiet. Outdoor hot shower, deck, all outside furniture, gas grill, etc. This house is for people who want peace and quiet!! But it also has cable TV, High speed Internet, DVD, VCR and all amenities. Large repeat clientèle. Looking for special people who will take great care with my property. Great value at rental prices listed. Casinos 30 min, Watch Hill 10 min, Newport 40 min. away.
