A deposit of $750.- will hold the reservation, balance is due two (2) weeks prior to arrival.
Your deposit is refundable with a sixty (60) day notice prior to the rental date.
Our rental season is from mid-May to mid-October.

$1400.- per week prime time, $1000.- per week non prime time. If you have more than 10, we charge an additional $150.- per week/per person.
