Family chalet 1 mile off of major routes in a small wooded neighborhood. Located in the heart of the White Mountains - 10 minutes from Attitash, Wildcat, Black Mountain, & over 125 North Conway outlet stores - less than 10 minutes to Storyland, Cranmore mountain & Echo lake. This fully equipped Chalet sleeps 8. Amenities include: Cable TV & DVD/VHS in every bedroom and in living room, 50 VHS videos, wide screen 37 inch HDTV & stereo system in living Rm, high-speed cable modem, complete computer (w/speakers, printer and WI-FI), washer/dryer, wood stove, front & rear decks, gas grill, XBox game system w/23 games and several board games for adults and kids. 1st floor - 3 bedrooms, full bath & laundry 2nd Floor - kitchen, living, dining & 1/2 bath Rental includes all linens (sheets, towels, etc.), firewood and a 'gift bag' of soap/shampoo/toilet paper/paper towels/$5 calling card.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (US Dollars) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Seasonal Renters are welcome and prices subject to time of year and length of stay.

    All prices already include 8% NH State Meals & Rentals Tax.

    Weekends are from Friday @ 4pm to Sunday @ 12pm.

    Prices are subject to change at any time - unless already confirmed.

    Credit Card through PayPal & Personal Check accepted.

    A $250 refundable deposit is required to hold rental dates. When deposit is received, we will mail you a copy of our rental agreement. We require Full payment and signed agreement 30+ days prior to arrival date (unless booking is made less than 30 days to arrival date). On receipt of payment and signed agreement, we will send you the combination to the key lock box. The $250 initial security deposit will be returned to you following your stay and after we clean and inspect the property.

    Check-in time is 4PM / Check-out time is 12PM

    Bedrooms are set up to accommodate 8 person maximum. More than 8 must have approval and is subject to $30 extra per night.
  • Standard Cancellation:

    If canceled 1 month or more from confirmed arrival date:
    Security deposit will be kept / all other money paid will be refunded.

    If canceled less than 1 month from arrival date:
    Security deposit + 50% of total rental charge will be kept / 50% returned (except if the property is re-rented at same rate & dates - then only security deposit will be kept and 100% of rental charge will be refunded).

    In the past, we've tried to be fair and trust potential tenants when they've said that they wanted to rent. As a result, others who were looking to rent the same days have been turned away. Many times, the first group never responds back and the second group's business is lost also. Because of this, we have decided that we will rent on a first pay policy. Until a down payment ($250 security deposit) has been made to reserve the dates, we will offer the same dates to others. First to pay gets the reservation. Paypal is best.

Some Local Attractions: There are several golf courses - from 5 minutes away to under an hour's drive. Mt. biking trails are all around and there are 50 miles of trails at Attitash (10 minutes away). There is also downhill Mt. biking at Attitash & Loon Mountain (about 50 minutes away) - full suspension bike & helmet required (around $40 for lift pass and bike & helmet rental). There is a mini-golf/water slide, 5 minutes away, toward North Conway. There is also a mini-golf with children's rides toward the center of Bartlett (also 5 minutes away). Attitash has water slides / alpine slides and a trampoline with bungee harness. Many natural attractions such as Echo lake: a nearby lake that offers swimming, picnicking and a beautiful view of Cathedral ledge. Cathedral ledge: you can drive to the top and explore grand views of North Conway, the presidential range & beyond.

Xbox: There are 23 games: Max Payne, Ultimate Spiderman, Tony hawk's pro skater 2x, Sega GT 2002, James Bond 007 - Agent under fire, ESPN Football 2K4 & 2K5, NCAA football 2005, Unreal Championship, Amped (snowboarding), SSX 3 (snowboarding), Dark Summit (snowboarding), Gottlieb Pinball, Farcry-instincts, Destroy All Humans 2, Grabbed By the Ghoulies, Freestyle BMX 2, Call of Duty (finest hour), X-Men Legends, The Terminator (Dawn of fate), Marvel ultimate Alliance, NHL Rivals 2004, & Transworld Surf. I spent 5 nights and 6 days in this house with three other people. The first thing I must say is that the owner is so nice and great to work with. He went above and beyond for us. The house itself was very clean. It was perfect for what we wanted. The location was great. Its in the middle of everything. Our vacation went so well that we are already thinking of planning a ski week here in the winter. The house and area must be beautiful in the winter as well.

What a great chalet. Chalet was very clean.Games were a big hit at night while we relaxed from a day on the slopes. T.V's in all the rooms is a great idea, espically for a large family. The computer allowed us to research which mountain to hit, the times and prices.Great place to spend time making family memories. The owners provided everything we would need along with a welcome gift, they were great to work with, and accomadated me even thought I rented on short notice.

Home is perfect for a ski weekend! Bunk room for kids was great. Location was ideal. Great view from front deck. Chalet had everything we needed. Owner was great to work with.
