(NH requires a boaters license) Towels, linens, and all kitchenware included. Many amenities, call for details.

Garage: Single garage will fit Small boat size of SUV. Vehicles can use garage if needed. Plenty of parking in front of building. Key is not available to lock garage during stay unless asked for in advance.*

Great Location + Great Digs = Great Timberman!

Before I mention how great the place is I have to thank the owners for their kindness and help. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better place to lay my head in preparation for the Timberman 70.3. Bed was so comfy, location was great, and I'd recommend to anyone looking to hit the lakes region for any reason. Thanks again Pam!

Nicest Condo We Have Ever Rented!!

What a beautiful Condo! It was immaculate and nicely decorated. The condo was large and the beds very soft and cozy! At night we ate dinner on the balcony looking out at Lake Winnipesaukee. This was a great location for Bike Week activities. Close to everything and just far away enough from the noise on the road. We would recommend this rental to everybody!! The owner was very accomodating with the last minute arrangements. Thanks again we were able to make some great memories :)

Beautiful Townhouse!

Four of us wanted to get out of Boston for New Year's Eve to relax and enjoy a couple of days off. We found this townhouse to be exactly what we were looking for - plenty of room for four, very nicely furnished with an incredibly comfortable couch and remote control fire place! Cozy and romantic... and less than 2 hours from Boston. We had a great time!

Townhouse at Paugus Bay

We really enjoyed staying at this townhouse while we were on vacation in N.H. The location was the best!! You could see the lake from the living room and the sunsets were spectacular!! It was very nicely furnished - and so neat and clean.....We had a great time there and if we ever decide to go back to N.H. , we will be sure to stay there again!!!

Evergreen Condo's at Paugus Bay

We were extremely pleased with the location, accomodations and views at the Condo. It was well equipped, clean, quiet and beatiful. Being located minutes from a well stocked market made meal preparation easy and delicious as well. The condo was provisioned with all of the necessary items, and every piece of it functioned perfectly. Our party of four found dinners on the balcony delightful, as we watched the evening boaters cruise the Paugus Bay.

The beds were comfortable, the unit is very quiet, and the sleeping was perfect.

If people are looking for a restful place to enjoy themselves after a day on the Lake, in the towns or woods, these are wonderful units. They are ideally located for visiting many different parts of the region, and quietly situated off the main drag so that the serenity of the lake is fully appreciated.

It is perfect!
