Great PTown location, modern, tasteful, clean

My boyfriend and I rented this unit for our first trip to PTown. It was a great option for us. The unit is very modern and tasteful in its decor. It's very clean, has lots of windows, has good air conditioning, has a very new washer/dryer, and is not small given the space. The gas fireplace was also nice on the night that it rained, adding a romantic touch. The bathroom is also modern in terms of its stone tiles and shower fixtures. Unlike some PTown properties that are "rustic" (read: worn down or tacky), this place has a great, modern feel. The bedroom also had drawers, a closet, and a small table for our clothes/belongings.
An added bonus is the parking space, which can be used for bikes or a car. It's a short walk to the center of town, and if you rent bikes (as we did and you probably should if you don't have a car) the trip to town is very quick. There is a great sandwich shop just down the street, and the rest of PTown's shopping and restaurants are close. It's also nice being on the non-commercial side of town, so you don't get a lot of tourist traffic late at night. There are also very nice properties all around, so exploring the neighborhood is fun.
There was an issue that came up during our stay with the appliances, but the landlord was attentive in getting the problem taken care of with relatively-good speed (given that it is the Cape) and making sure we were comfortable in the meantime.
The full-service grocery store in town is a bit far to walk, but with a bike or a car it's easy to get to.
One caution is that the unit wasn't as well-stocked with some extra supplies as I've heard other units often are. It didn't have any of the following, which is too bad given the rental price: umbrellas, extra toilet paper (beyond the one roll that was in the unit), soap for the dishwasher, laundry detergent, and large kitchen trash bags. Granted, none of these items are listed in the unit's list of amenities, but it would have been nice to have some or all of these things. Hopefully the landlord will make sure some/all of these are present in the future, and it's easy enough to get these items in town if not.
Aside from the concern about the "extras," this was a really great option, and I would recommend it to anyone as a great place to stay.
