McDowell Casino, and Saguaro Lake. Our condo features a spacious living/dining area and well equipped kitchen with granite countertops, balconies on 2 sides, sleeping for 5 (king, queen, foldout couch), high speed wireless Internet, cable TV/DVD, utility room, 2 car garage, and all the amenities. Enjoy views of Red Rock Mountain to the south, and the fountain to the east. The pool, spa, exercise room and grills are a 2-minute walk. With the services and attractions of Scottsdale, including Mayo Clinic, just over the hills, this community with a heart is nestled in its own valley of beauty, and features Arts Weekends, gatherings around the fountain, community theater, and more!

Car: not necessary
The Village at Towne Center is a gated community. Our Unit, building #8 is positioned toward the corner of N. Saguaro Blvd and E. El Lago Blvd., but is not right at the street which we feel reduces road noise. You can check out the location by going to 'Google Earth' and finding 33 degrees 36 minutes 04.45 seconds North and 111 degrees 43 minutes 04.19 seconds West.

Availability: We have listed the condominium as 'tentative' because it may be that we will be relocating from our home in Maine this fall. In that case we will be the occupants and will rent out our home in Maine. Our plans may not be definite until mid July but we will be sure to change the listing to 'available' as soon as we are firm with our plans.
