Well you are going to love this brand new 2 bedroom, 2 full bath, 2 car garage property that is light, bright, airy and clean, clean, clean! Located walking distance to the newer Snowcreek Golf Course, it is also within minutes of The Village, hiking, biking, snowboarding/skiing, and fishing. This unit includes all the comforts of home. You don't have to pack anything, but your clothes and personal belongings. We take care of the rest. This luxury unit features tile flooring and shower surrounds, stainless steel appliances, upgraded carpeting, 2 fireplaces, a huge master closet with organizers, washer/dryer read for use - and much, much more. There are three televisions with cable, DVD/VCR players included. One TV also has a Playstation-2 hooked up and ready for the kids (or adults). No cost was spared in stocking the kitchen for nightly gourmet meals the whole family can enjoy.

Our fully stocked kitchen will have the necessary equipment for you to make just about any of your favorite recipes. We have significantly over-provided our linens to accommodate any kind of sleeping arrangements and combinations that should occur. Are you afraid of an uncomfortable fold-out couch? We went out and purchased the nicest mattress pad that money could buy to use in conjunction with the fold-out couch to insure a good nights rest for all.

Luxury Mammoth Townhouse with Attached Garage

Modern, bright, airy and upgraded newer townhouse recently built well maintained and clean. Description was accurate on the website. Upgraded kitchen with all amenities. Large shower and upgraded bathroom on each level. Nice layout with lots of room on each level. Spacious garage that was able to fit a full size suburban with room for gear, bikes and fishing poles. Full size washer and dryer you will need it for a longer stay and can pack lighter. Townhouse is across the street from Snowcreek athletic club 9 (very family friendly club) that has 2 pools (indoor/outdoor), tennis, basketball, racquetball, etc and offers daily and weekly memberships; also a nice bistro at the athletic club with a full bar. There is also a free shuttle that comes there every 15 minutes and goes all around town, market, stores, park, village, etc. Fishing is a short drive from the unit to all the mammoth lakes; Lake Mary was a lucky location. Hiking and mountain biking trails are nearby. The paved bike path that goes around town also starts across the street. Compared to the older, smaller, stuffy and dark units built in the 70s and 80s this condo is a good value. This is a quieter location than staying at the village with a more country feel however is still upgraded and very user friendly for a mountain getaway vacation.

This was a nice condo, we enjoyed our stay here. It was great to have a garage for parking our vehicle and keep our mountain bikes safe. The home was clean and had up-to- date appliances. I would recommend this rental to friends and family.

What a great place to stay!

This condo was perfect for our weekend getaway. It gave us the perfect amount of space for me and my husband, my in-laws, our 2 children and our nephew. Very comfortable and cozy! All the emenities of a 5 star hotel with a touch of home. The owner was a gem to deal with. I would definately rent this condo again and recommend it to my friends.

Awesome townhome

This home is the perfect place for a family/extended family with an awesome layout and plenty of space! The home has all the luxuries of the finest hotels in Mammoth. PLUS, you have a remote accessed 2 car garage to keep out of the cold as well as to keep your car (with fishing equipment) safe. Unlike the older and dingy condos from the 70's and 80's, this place is new, well-upgraded and pristine. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family!

Perfect!

I stayed at this condo 2 weeks ago w/ 6 of my friends and it accomodated us perfectly. The description the owner gives is spot on. The condo is modern and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked for us to cook every meal during our stay. The location is ideal with everything no more than 5 minutes away. You can walk to the shuttle stops or take a short drive to the lodges to ski or board. The one thing that was very convenient was having our own garage to park the trucks and store our snowboard gear. It snowed while we were up there so we did not have to worry about heating up the cars or scraping ice off the windshields. I would highly recommend the property to my friends and actually plan on staying there again myself.
