Ocean view and two minute walk (600 feet) to spectacular ocean beach. 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath and office/study with a pull out sofa for additional guests. The house was renovated in 2003. The house has three levels with approximately 600 sq feet per level. The top floor has an open kitchen/dining/living area with an ocean view and 1/2 bath. The second floor has one large bedroom/bath with a queen bed and large attached deck area and one small bedroom/bath with a queen bed. The lower level has one small bedroom and an office/study with pullout sofa, a full bathroom and laundry room. There is a sliding door to a small deck area and a door to the backyard. The parking area can accommodate three cars. All amenities including fireplace, central air conditioning, high speed Internet, cable TV, unlimited national calling, stereo, DVD Player, microwave, dishwasher, ice maker, cooking utensils, linens, Washer/Dryer, jetted tub in bath, gas grill (BBQ).
