Enjoy your stay in the lakes region, but visit the White Mountain Attractions as well. -1 hour or less to Santa's Village, StoryLand, Polar Caves, Clarks Bears, North Conway Outlets, Ski Gunstock, Waterville & Loon, Hike through the White Mountain National forests and Natural Waterfalls, Drive The Kangamangus Highway, Kayak on the Pemi, Drive up Mt. Washington and there are many other scenic routes & quaint surrounding towns. There is an on-site outdoor pool -(seasonal only ) & on-site family restaurant. Our condo is located diaonally across the street from the The Margate Hotel, less than 2 miles from Weirs beach, 3 miles from Gilford Town private beach, 4 miles from Ellacoya State park, less han 5 miles to Gunstock Email now for great rates and specials. Compare - cant find better rates for a comparable large 1 bedroom condo comfortably sleeping for family of 6

Always a perfect 4 Season Vacation: The Lakes Region is a great 4 season retreat - Specials for 2009 SEPT NASCAR, - book a weekend stay for a Concert @ Meadowbrook or just a fun & relaxing getaway-- Spring is a great time to just get away and relax, fish etc..... Book early for ski weekends and vacation weeks- great rates, great location. Best rates in the area for Bike Week, NASCAR, Soulfest, Triathalon - we are also just 2 miles froms Weirs Beach and Boardwalk and the 'Meadowbrook Concert Facility' (no smoking condo - no pets permitted)

Other Activities: near all lakes region attractions & outlets, also close to White Mountain Attractions.

The Condo was great. It was perfect for our family of 4. The place was clean and had everything that you needed. The owner was available at anytime if you needed her. The resturant downstairs was affordable and the food was great and inexpensive. I would defineltly rent this condo again in the future. My family loved the condo and at times it was hard to get them to go out. The location was convient to all the stores and attractions.

My family stayed the first week of August, 2009. We enjoyed our stay very much. Good central location, clean and comfortable, All necessary items, lots of games and movies if you want. You will not be disappointed if you stay. Price is good , and feels like home.
Beach was very nice, family oriented.
Owner easy to work with.

This unit is set up great. Very comfortable
The owner has thought of everything, very well organized,
super clean, and all supplies were available. The owner provided a resturant guide and map, along with other local infomation. Great location, Lot's of great things to do in the lakes region.
The owner is very pleasant and professional.
I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great place to stay. very reasonable.
