Beech Tree Cottage is a charming two-story guest cottage steps from Main Street in the picturesque village of Sag Harbor, NY ('the Hamptons'). The owners are year-round residents who live on the other side of the lovely shared garden/property. The cottage has its own private entrance and parking area, and the back deck - with barbecue grill and bistro table and chairs for outdoor dining - is screened with trellis for privacy. The two bedrooms upstairs have a queen size bed and two twins, respectively. Linens and towels provided. The lounge and kitchen/dining area downstairs is decorated in English pine, and features wireless internet access, TV, VCR/DVD, CD player, & many books and games. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishware, pots and pans, coffee maker, microwave, etc. An easy 5-minute walk to Sag Harbor's Main Street, and a short drive to the beach. Accommodates 4 People, maximum. NOTE: Until May 1, ONLY WEEKLY OR MONTHLY bookings will be accepted for July and August.

Comfy and relaxing

Just the right set-up for my family vacation. Cottage is perfectly equipped to cook, eat, rest and play. It was extremely clean and allergy-free. The living area has a great couch, and a TV/DVD player. Games were fun, too. Internet speed was extraordinary. The kitchen was easy to work in, and yet close enough to the living and dining areas that everyone stayed involved in the conversations.

Upstairs offered privacy and comfy beds.

The airiness of the cottage, and the lovely garden were so pleasant.

And the location was great for heading downtown, or taking off to the beach or on bike rides and jogs.

I was extremely pleased with everything about Beech Tree Cottage, and look forward to another opportunity to enjoy Sag Harbor and the Hamptons.

We wish we had spent longer here - what a wonderful, chilled out place to be. Beautiful house with lots of thoughtful touches. We had a great 3 days here despite wind, rain, snow and chilling cold! Thank you!

Our Best Christmas/New Year Holiday...Ever!

This really was one of the best holidays my husband and I have ever spent with our three children (ages 18,16,12) There was something SO magical and cosy, about this little cottage,and its surroundings (it was also very beautiful in the snow!) From the moment we walked in,(after a long flight from U.K) and saw our very own Christmas tree with twinkly lights...it felt like 'home away from home'..and a tremendous feeling of peace and calm stayed with us for our entire vacation.

My husband and I snuggled into Beech Tree Cottage this past Valentine's Day weekend. We were so at home and loved every
minute in this wonderful, private escape. We enjoyed walks into
town, movies and great dinners. We had total privacy and appreciated that the Emma and Steve were on hand if we needed them. The
cottage was so peaceful and well equipped with everything we could
possibly want or need. We can't wait to go back and take time out
to remember what's important in life.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
