***WE HAVE REDUCED OUR RENTAL RATES*** Completely renovated cottage condo overlooking Lake Winnipesaukee. Minimum rental is one week. One queen bed, 2 twin beds and a pull out sofa. All new kitchen and bath. A/C and heat in each room. Cable TV with DVD. Large covered front porch with beautiful views of the lake. Deck/dock with tables and chairs and room for up to a 24 foot boat. Access to swimming from lakeside deck. Minutes to Weirs Beach and all area attractions. No smoking and no pets. . Parking for 2 vehicles in front of cottage.

There are several summer theater companies in the area and Meadowbrook Art and Entertainment Center for concerts. Scenic cruises and dinner cruises aboard the Mt. Washington. Several arcades, go-carts, water slides, jet ski and boat rentals, marinas, golf and miniature golf. Scenic railway tours and dinner trains nearby. Many restaurants and shops.

  • Rental by the week, two weeks or month from May through mid October.
    50% of rental fee holds your reservation. Remainder due 6 weeks prior to your arrival. No return of funds after the final payment is made.
  • $250 security deposit required.

We have been vacationing in this area for 30 years and this is the best place we have ever stayed at. It was definitely home away from home. Fabulous location, view and accomodations. Super clean and well mantained and wonderful owners. Great boat dock, deck area and swimming. I would definitely recommend this to anyone!
