SPACIOUS HOUSE ACCOMMODATES LARGE EXTENDED FAMILY!

We just got back from our stay at the Old Tobacconist Inn. It was 3 families with children coming from different locations and we met up there to celebrate my husband's birthday. It was a fantastic time. The house was beautiful with plenty of space for everyone. There were amenities for the kids as well as the adults. There was a great golf course nearby that the guys played on Saturday. Otherwise, we spent our time cooking out on the grill, making smores around the fire and just relaxing and having a great time with great friends. Cindy was incredibly helpful from the moment I sent the inquiry about the property. She was available and responsive to all questions (and I had plenty -- I was emailing daily!) and even helped me find a great little bakery to order my husband's cake from. Everything was absolutely perfect and we could not have been happier. We had a wonderful time and we definitely plan to return.

What a wonderful place for our family reunion! The Inn is beautiful and very comfortable, with great memorabilia... very interesting! We had plenty of space both inside and out, room for fun and games and quiet time if you prefer. The "boys" were allowed to set up tents and enjoyed camping out with their kids and the dog. The fire pit was a favorite gathering spot at night with plenty of chairs.

Cooking and grilling meals was easy with the well supplied kitchen. We even made jam with the kids after a scavenger hunt where the clues led them to search the grounds for all of the jam supplies in many interesting hiding places on the property.

We enjoyed the Thomas Edison Museum and treasure hunting in Norwalk and Milan. Jim's Pizza Box in Milan has awesome pizza and Berry's restaurant in Norwalk seated our group of 26 people within minutes or arriving, without prior notice! We had a great waiter, a lot of history here and the food was delicious!

Cindy was a pleasure to work with, great communications and very helpful offering all kinds of information on the surrounding area. We had a wonderful long weekend and would definitely stay again!

Great time had by all.....very clean and well maintained. Enjoyed the evenings by the firepit and all the close by things to do Nickelplate beach, Thomas Edison Museum, and of course the ROLLER COASTERS!!!!!!!! Thank you sooo much to Cindy and crew, we truly enjoyed our stay and will hopefully get together here again.
