Our Condo is in building # 9 on the fourth floor and only a five minute walk from your door to the white sands of New Smyrna Beach. This pristine beach has plenty of visitors, without facing the overcrowding of the downtown beaches and you never have to worry about or pay for parking! You can roller-blade, bike or walk without the safety concerns of the overcrowded, congested areas. The Oceanwalk condo complex consists of all new buildings with loads of amenities such as tennis, basketball, shuffle board, a generous swimming pool, a hot tub, clubhouse with exercise equipment and a sauna, plus easy access to the amusement parks in Orlando, the famous Daytona International Speedway which features racing on select dates and track tours year round, the Kennedy Space Center and much, much more!
