Notes: This is a third floor, corner unit, very private condo with an elevator. This is not a 'spring break style building' and we ask that guests respect their neighbors! Parking directly in front of the building foyer. Secure building with card reader and phone access. Gated pool area. There are 24 condos in the building. All tenants are subject to condo association approval. I am a Realtor and I own this property. It is decorated for my visiting overseas family to use and everything we can think of is provided! An inventory can be supplied prior to your visit.

What a lovely condo, in walking distance to the waterfront & downtown Dunedin with it's excellent & fun restaurants. The kids had a fantastic time jumping in & out of the pool. I preferred to relax beside the pool enjoying the lush tropical gardens - such a change from English gardens. Just so wonderful having a cup of tea on the balcony in the morning and a drink in the evening. The kids loved watching the osprey in their nest. What a treat. We'll definitely be coming back to this condo again. Mustn't forget, really appreciated the welcome pack of food & drinks, especially as we'd just come off a long haul flight. The landlady was very helpful with things to do & how to get around the area, restaurants, grocery shopping - she knows her stuff.

What a nice surprise to find the fridge stocked with juice,milk and fruit and the pantry with coffee/tea,biscuits, and nibbles upon our arrival.This landlady knows how to extend a welcome.The Condo was neat and clean.It revealed her flair for Key West decor. Any inquiries were pormptly and pleasantly attended to.The Condo is ideally situated on the top floor at the rear of the quiet and
well -- kept bldg. Dunedin has some fine restaurants within
walking distance. The famous Pinellas Trail, local marina activities and the picturesque Edgewater walkway along
the inland waterway are all nearby. The busy activity in the large Osprey nest right outside the livingroom window
provided a unique west floridian experience.
Needless to say we had a very enjoyable stay.
