Harbor view from Outside Deck, Living Room & Kitchen. Non-smoking. Internet Access. Fully Furnished. Towels and linens provided. Two Bedrooms with oversized closets. 1 King bed and 1 Queen. TV/Cable, Ceiling Fans & A/C in both bedrooms. Master bedroom with newly added full bathroom. Washer/Dryer combo in bathroom closet. Entertainment: 27 Inch TV. Cable, VCR, DVD player, stereo system. Ceiling Fans and A/C in Living Room and Bedrooms. Secure—Lobby doors locked, deadbolts on unit doors. Six Unit Building. No retail space on 1st floor. Truly walking distance to harbor, parks, restaurants, shops, mansions. Located between Wellington Drive and Simmons Street...next to Asterisk Restaurant. MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD IS 1 MONTH.**Looking for May to June, June to July and Aug/Sep to May renters ONLY!!**

NO WEEKEND OR WEEKLY RENTALS/Note about off-season: Please do not contact us to see if we would consider a weekend or weekly rental. Our condo association does not allow it even though the County does.

A Note about the off-season rental period - We make every effort to rent the condo to the same tenant during the off-season (Sept-May), so although it may show that the condo is available, we have the right to refuse potential tenants that are only looking for a portion of the off-season. Thank you for understanding.

Tired of figuring out where to park your car while in Newport? No need! This unit is in a great location and comes with 2 off-street parking spaces (which is pretty rare in Newport). But who actually needs a car? Most everything you need is just steps away. Museums, shopping, sailing excursions, music, restaurants, arcades, parks, tours of the Newport mansions, sunset cruises, yacht clubs and more. There is even a little beach at the park just around the block if you don't have time to go to First, Second or Third Beach. It's great for the kids and Mom & Dad will love the calming harbor landscape with its many sailboats and view of the Newport bridge - especially at sunset.

NO WEEKEND OR WEEKLY RENTALS.

Other Activities: Newport features a variety of activities from the beach to the Cliff Walk to mansion tours & film/music festivals.

Rental Rates for this vacation condo rental in Newport, Rhode Island

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency () unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • $1500/month for Sep to May, $800/wk in June, $1200/wk July & Aug. Minimum rental period is a month.
  • Rental periods and rates are negotiable. For those who want to rent for the whole summer, we are open to that if you are willing to vacate for a week or two in July. You only pay for the weeks you are there, so if you know you can't go for a week or two, we'll use it and you don't have to pay!

    No Weekend Or Weekly Rentals due to condo association bylaws. Also note: Short term rentals in the winter may have higher monthly rates than what is listed here.
