Approximately 1400 sq.ft, brand new Laguna Vista Cottage is located near the Ocean in Laguna Beach, has 2 bedrooms, 1 Bedroom/Den and 2.5 bath with a fully loaded modern kitchen. 2 Queen beds in 2 bedrooms and 1Queen Sleeper sofa in the bedroom/den with a PC Internet connection. Beautiful ocean view from the Bedroom/Den & master bedroom. There are 3 Plasma TVs in the house, centralized air conditioning and heating. Courtyard with fire pits. Ocean right in front of the property gate

You can hear the beach waves rolling all day long. A beautiful window chair with 2 dressers and a nice classy chair. The Bedroom closet has spare pillows, towels, beach towels, hamper, clothes hanger etc. The Guest Bedroom has a Queen Bed that sleeps 2, with a Plasma TV, nice dresser, closet stored with spare towels, pillow and clothes hangers. The Study Room has a sleeper sofa that sleeps 2, with extra blankets, a computer with Internet and a nice table. It has an iron with iron board, all with a beautiful ocean view. Brand New Courtyard with Fire pits. Air Conditioning/Heating available.

Wonderful

I recently rented this house to celebrate my 30th Birthday with a few out of town friends. It was the best birthday I have ever had and I believe the house had a lot to do with it. It is in a perfect location. We were able to get to everything we needed within a short distance from the home. The beach is literally steps away. The fireplace was so calming. The kitchen size is perfect. Simi and her staff were very professional & helpful. I really enjoyed staying and was sad to leave. We will definitley be coming back.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Laguna Vista Rental: Great place, we were 4 adults and a baby, plenty of space for everybody. Nice accommodations, the place was very clean and the view is breath taking. It was everything we expected. Thank you
