2006 new 5 BR, 3.5 bath, reverse living floor plan. First floor has Jr. Master suite w/ Queen bed, private bath; 2 other BRs have 2 twin beds; full bath with tub/shower and 2 sinks; 4th BR sleeps 4 w/ full size bed and bunkbeds, and has a covered deck. Second floor has a large open great room w/ LR and DR that seats 10; spacious kitchen w/granite countertop seats 4; half bath; MBR Queen bed w/ full bath, TV/DVD, and private deck. Second floor deck opens from LR and has patio furniture, table w/ chairs, gas grill looking toward beach. Off street parking and outdoor shower. Only rents to families or adults.

Kids will love the short walks to Fantasy Island amusement center, the water park, tennis courts, mininature golf, and adults to the historic village of Beach Haven. When we arrived we found that the house perfectly matched the description that was posted on the site. House was perfect for our family of 12. It was very well equipped and we lacked nothing. Outside shower was extremely convenient--both decks were great.

Would definitely return or recommend to a friend. Location was perfect for Beach, Bay Village and Panzone's (excellent restaurant).

The house was lovely. I enjoyed the large, bright and airy rooms. The kitchen family room area was great and we loved that the house had a well appointed kitchen. The only disappointments with the house were a lack of good cutting and chopping knives, a big lobster pot and that no beach passes were included. The owner should throw in at least half a dozen of them. we have stayed in other beach houses where they get season passes and the guests use them while they are renting. We were close enough to the beach itself and many good shopping areas as well as restaurants and other attractions.
