Walking distance to pond, Opera House, Art Museum, Brigham Young's Home, The Tabernacle, Courthouse, Library, pond, trails, birds, interesting shops and restaurants located in the heart of historic city. The beautifully remodeled kitchen has custom hand crafted maple cabinets, granite counters, Sub-Zero refrigerator. There are hardwood floors throughout and a cozy wood burning fireplace. DSL, Cable, Tivo. Also 3 bedrooms with luxury mattresses and fluffy beds, two of which have Pella bay windows. 3 baths, two with bathtubs for savoring leisurely baths the other has a luxurious steam sauna and heated floors. handy European washer/dryer and a dining set that seats 10 comfortably. An inviting screened porch overlooks large waterfall, gardens with abundant trees, flowers and wildlife. Vintage circa 1930’s living/ dining patio set & B-B-Q complete the patio. Large fenced yard.
