Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- A refundable security deposit is required. It will be returned if there are no damages to property.

There is a 25% deposit required for reservation. The remainder balance is due 14 days prior to arrival.
A fully refundable $2000 security deposit is required 7 days prior to arrival. This is refunded 7days after checkout as long as there are no damages sustained to property.
Multiple week bookings receive discounted rates
cancellation 45days prior full refund. Cancellation 44-30days prior 50% refund. No refund on cancellations within 30 days of reservation.
