  • A refundable security deposit is required. It will be returned if there are no damages to property.
  • Rate varies from $3500 - $4500 weekly depending on the season. 3 night min
    There is an additional guest apartment available for rent on the property(sleeps 4) for parties larger than 8people
    special rates apply for holidays and special occasions.

    Important Note:
    Extra 1bed apartment sleeps 4 available to rent
  • There is a 25% deposit required for reservation. The remainder balance is due 14 days prior to arrival.
    A fully refundable $1500 security deposit is required 7 days prior to arrival. This is refunded 7days after checkout as long as there are no damages sustained to property.
    Multiple week bookings receive discounted rates
    cancellation 45days prior full refund. Cancellation 44-30days prior 50% refund. No refund on cancellations within 30 days of reservation.

I stayed here in early March of 2009.I picked the home based on the exquisite pictures online.When I got there, I was not disappointed in the least,the place was immaculate and magical! My own tropical paradise. It was close enough to South beach to go and hang out but come back to the serenity of this amazing home. The owner was very helpful and got back to me immediately with any questions I had. I would definitely recommend this to anyone seeking high end accommodations.

Great house

I stayed here with a group of eight adults. The house is centrally located and in a very cool area only a short drive from south beach. There are many rooms and plenty of beds to sleep everyone comfortably. The facilities are modern and clean. The owner was very responsive and in contact with us regularly.

Also, this is one of the best decorated vacation rentals I've seen, making the house much more than a place to sleep. Even with all the south beach madness around, hanging out in this house was the highlight of our trip.
