2 houses located in a 12 acres property,in the heart of a 400 acres protected area. Located on an isthmus which separates the Alcudia and Pollensa bays, ports and beaches, the property is south oriented with view on the Alcudia bay(500 meters but no direct access).You reach the property through a 1.2 miles forest track Quietness and plenty of space;you can get them and still stay close (2 to 6 miles) of dozens of restaurants,supermarkets,nightclubs and sport facilities. Security :both houses are fenced. Master house rebuilt in 1993 and 2000;designed for 10 hosts;9 rooms of which 5 bedrooms, and 4 baths; plenty of terraces and various dining places inside as well as outside,barbecue and private pool; wooden environment; kitchen and laundry are fully equipped Farm house; rebuilt in 1997 and 2008 designed for 4 to 6 hosts;3 bedrooms and 2baths ;and outside bamboo shelter provides extra kitchen, dining and sitting rooms in an open to the breeze environment; countryside environment

The Master house (350m2)with sea view can host up to 10 person with 5 double bed rooms and 4 bathroom with all modern facilities. An office can be used to set an extra bed Various terraces, BBQ place, 3 inside living/dining rooms (50m2). 3 outside breakfast/dining places allow to look for or avoid the sun, or reach some independence. One can reach the pool walking down a lawn. Kitchen and laundry are fully equipped Sheets and towels are included In cold season the central heating is available

The property is located 3 miles from Alcudia and 2,2 miles from the village and harbour of Mal pas (Pollensa Bay). The houses are facing the Alcudia bay (500m from the sea;no direct access) You will reach the house using a 1,1mile forest track serving as a perfect sas from Mallorcas boilant life. Following the same track (1,3 mile) you can access to an isolated beach down the cliff of Coll Baix. Walking down the cliff needs a 15 minutes walk. At 2, 5 miles you have the opportunity to choose between the 2 charming sandy beaches of es Mal Pas or a well displayed rock shore if you don't like the sand. For a change you can reach 5 miles the 10 miles Alcudia Bay sand beach to disfrute from all the facilities of a huge resort. The historical town of Alcudia hosts a biweekly market.....and Puerto Alcudia is famous for its nightlife.
