Appreciate the richness of ceramic tiles that span the wide open kitchen, living room and dining area. Sit on the balcony for breezes and a view of the gulf (partial view). Or just go downstairs to the heated pool or stroll the beach. The Master bedroom includes its own bath, TV, VCR, video library and walk-in closet. The guest bedroom has two single beds. The living area includes a TV, VCR, DVD player and stereo. There is also a sleeper sofa here for those extra guests. Beautiful Oak cabinets adorn the fully equipped kitchen including breakfast bar and table. Washer and dryer are in the unit. Cool covered parking or you may not even need a car. Confirming Reservation and Payment: We partner with a Realtor Management Company that serves Indian Rocks Beach. Once we agree on your stay, you provide the following information that will be relayed to the Management Company: Name, Address, Home Phone Number, Email, Number of guests and exact stay dates. (Mobile numbers are also helpful!) Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of 25% of total. All reservations must be in US funds. We gladly accept personal, cashier's or travelers checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard or Discover cards. If you pay by credit, you can provide us with the information, or if you prefer, the management company can contact you for the information. The Management Company will then send you an email including directions for key pick-up, rental agreement and other information. On arrival guests will be asked to provide a Visa, MasterCard or Discover imprint for a security deposit.

Trolley Service: A Trolley Bus serves the beach area and there is a stop only steps from your door to bring you to near by attractions if you don't have a car, or would just prefer to take the trolley! Thank-you for your interest and we hope we can help you plan a fantastic vacation.

worst condo I've stayed at.

No Villa for me Ohio

Not my idea of Luxury even at it's lowest level. No soap of any kind, no paper towels, no trash bags, 1/2 roll toilet paper in baths, no spares. 3 thin worn out towels, 1 old beachtowel, 4 washcloths.This for 5 people. Ice maker was broke, toaster was broke, water puddle on kitchen floor caused by refrig. but nothing to clean it. Floors needed sweeping, master bath toilet was dirty and used. Had to go shop for basic soap, paper, and other essentials I had expected to be in the condo and cleaning products that I had not expected to need, before I unpacked.
The sofa was worn dirty & badly stained, especially under the cushions where I also found a child dirty pink shirt and 1/2 of an old burger. Ceramic tile was cracked/broke in many places and the grout was loose and stuck to your feet.The bedroon tv showed mostly static . The only view I could see from the balcony was the backside of the big bldg. in front of me and the construction trash to the side.
It would have been nice if someone had mentioned that the master bedroom faces the busy & noisy main road.
I would never recommend this to anyone. There was no amenities, no welcome, no basics even supplied. I requested that the owner refund either my cleaning fee or the expense I incurred for cleaning and basic products. He refused to do anything, so we left that condo 4 days early. Fortunately we were able to quickly find another condo which we absolutely adored. The owner of the new place supplied not only the basics but also all the little added touches that is always so memorable. The only thing I will remember about this condo I'm reviewing is that I will never return to it.
