Confirming Reservation and Payment:
We partner with a Realtor Management Company that serves Indian Rocks Beach. Once we agree on your stay, you provide the following information that will be relayed to the Management Company: Name, Address, Home Phone Number, Email, Number of guests and exact stay dates. (Mobile numbers are also helpful!) Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of 25% of total. All reservations must be in US funds. We gladly accept personal, cashier's or travelers checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard or Discover cards. If you pay by credit, you can provide us with the information, or if you prefer, the management company can contact you for the information. The Management Company will then send you an email including directions for key pick-up, rental agreement and other information. On arrival guests will be asked to provide a Visa, MasterCard or Discover imprint for a security deposit.
Trolley Service:
A Trolley Bus serves the beach area and there is a stop only steps from your door to bring you to near by attractions if you don't have a car, or would just prefer to take the trolley! Thank-you for your interest and we hope we can help you plan a fantastic vacation.
