Photos and Description of the Playa Ocotal vacation condo rental 2 Bedrooms 2 Bathrooms

This wonderful condominium is on the hillside directly on Ocotal Beach in the beautiful gated subdivision of Los Almendros. This is a small subdivision with about 20 condos and 13-14 villas and is landscaped beautifully. There are three pools; one of which is an infinity pool and just steps from our front door. There is 24 hour security. The condo is furnished very tastefully with lots of color and it has one of the most beautiful views of the beach, Pacific Ocean and also the fishing and diving boats moored just off the beach. There is a private balcony overlooking the beach and a hammock for those lazy days. The office staff can make all your reservations for deep sea fishing or diving, snorkeling, sailing, surfing, hot springs, rain forest trips, volcano, canopy tours and horseback riding etc. The Liberia Airport is on 20-25 minutes for Los Almendros and plenty of rental cars available. Nearest Airport: Liberia at 20 Miles

We are located in the northern part of Costa Rica in the Guanacaste Region. Liberia is the largest town and we are about 25-30 minutes from Liberia directly on the beach. There are four main Pacific beaches within a few miles of each other Ocotal-Coco-Hermossa-Panama Our condo is on the Ocotal beach in Los Almendros. There are also 5 beautiful national parks in the Guanacaste Region. Each has its own characteristics.

Notes: Our infinity pool, even though shared, is very private as Los Almendros is a very small complex with about 18 villas and 20 condos. We have four shared pools and 4-5 private pools. There are many things to do while there, and our staff at Los Almendros can make the arrangements and they also have a van to shuttle you to and from.

The location of the development was amazing and the staff at the development was very helpful. We stayed a week and spent 80% of our waking time either outdoors exploring and swimming or on the secluded balcony of the condo. The pools at the development were very nicely kept. The condo itself was fairly clean. The furnishings and finishes could use a bit of TLC but are probably pretty typical for the price point in the area.
If you are planning on staying a long time and cooking a lot, you might be a bit disappointed in the quality of the kitchen amenities.
The owner and the property managers were very helpful, professional, and honest in all of their dealings with us. I would recommend this property to a friend.
