This is a comfortable summer home on the shore of Cobbetts Pond. Only 35 miles north of Boston, it's the perfect place to enjoy New England. A finished summer home with two floors offering spectacular views of Cobbetts Pond and Searles Castle. The elevated 13 by 13 foot deck provides privacy yet a commanding view. The patio below offers comfortable shade on those really hot days. We have a private swimming area right off the patio and another swimming area nearby equipped with a raft that is a short swim away. Very comfortable on those hot days with excellent ventilation.

A 10 min. drive to local attractions like Canobie Lake Amusement Park, Rockingham Park Racetrack, numerous golf courses, movie theaters, and Mystery Hill Archaeology Site. Great restaurants within minutes. Just 45 min. from Boston on I-93 north over the MA/NH border. Take exit 3 and you are practically there! Perfect center point for day trips to the ocean or to the mountains - especially during leaf peeping season! Work in Boston?
