This rustic two-family home resides in the family oriented Holiday Shores Estates -- six miles east of Old Forge on Fourth Lake. Holiday Shores boasts more than 300' of frontage on Fourth Lake with boat slips and a sandy beach. All community resources in Holiday Shores are available to all guests: sun deck, swimming beach, docking facilities, boccie ball, tennis basketball, baseball, and playground. Enjoy all the Adirondack seasons: fall foliage, winter skiing and snowmobiling, spring hiking, or summer boating/swimming.
