Wonderful location and house! Rode our bikes to the beach, dinner, pier, never used the car. To be able to swim and watch the sun rise and the again in the evening to watch it set was perfect. Thanks so much. Hope to return next year.

This was our second visit to All Decked Out in Anna Maria Island and I hope it will not be our last. The villa was all that it said it would be on the website. Clean, spacious, beautifully decorated. It had all the facilities that one would need. The owners did provide very good customer service.
From one of the many deckings you could sit and relax and watch the dolphins in the bay it was truly amazing. We have seven in our party and I can say that we all had our own space to chill and relax. The location is just great as you dont need to use a car, we parked up for the week (except to pick up a few supplies from the local grocery store) and used the bicycles that are provided by the owners of the villa. Everything is very handy just a short cycle or walk to the beautiful beach and if we were not having breakfast on the porch we would cycle to one of the local coffee shops. The roads are very quiet and I have to say drivers were very courteous to each other and especially to cyclists. There is a post office just down the road from the villa which was really handy to post a card or two to friends back home, and also close by was a facility to lift money from the local cash machine or ATM. There is also a trolley that takes you around the island this is also at the same location not to mention the local ice cream parlour. Everything is just on your doorstep. As I say this was our second visit here and on both occasions the weather was fantastic, we were in and out of the pool all day. There is plenty of room around the pool with a generous amount of sun loungers.
Restaurants were just a stroll away and if we were not eating out we would often barbeque a few steaks at the villa and have a relaxing meal around the pool. My husband and I are 50 and just loved the tranquility of it, my daughter of 12 loved the pool and the cycling and watching the dolphins, and then my two sons in their twenties with friend and fiance' loved it all and cant wait to return to try out the parasailing which was just a short drive away. We would certainly recommend this villa and location and indeed we have done to all our friends and family.
