1/4 mile to the bike trail, 2 miles to Herring pond, 5 min ride to either Bayside or oceanside beaches, convenient to grocery shopping. Private back and side yards. Quiet location great for children. Within a 1/2hr of Provincetown and Hyannis. Ability to use back roads to beaches. Near National Seashore, Audubon bird sanctuary and Wellfleet flea market. Cottage has all amenities, local phone service, air conditioning, microwave, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, full size fridge, apt size stove and oven, ceiling fan and cathedral ceilings, cable TV, DVD player and VCR, 390sq ft cottage is cozy, clean and comfortable. Indoor shower and heated enclosed outdoor shower in private back yard. You provide sheets and towels for your use.

ocean and bayside beach activities, surfing, swimming, Provincetown festivals, art shows, whale watches, deep sea fishing (Stripers, blues, flounder etc), surf fishing, pond fishing, seal watches, antique car museum, antique auctions, Flea markets, antique shops, craft shows, Christmas Tree Shops, unique gift shops, diverse restaurants, nature walks, bird watching, biking path, golfing, Sandwich glass museum, Plymouth Plantation and Plymouth rock about 45 min/1 hr away. Close to Herring Pond, child friendly, lo waves, shallow sand bottom beach area. kayak, canoe or small row boat. Gets deep further out. First Encounter Beach, bayside with drive up access, parking and lots of sand. Low tide allows and Salt Pond for shellfishing with a permit purchased at the natural res. ctr. Usually quiet surf, very clean and usually warmer than the ocean side. National Seashore - parking and shuttle service to beach, rougher surf, colder than bayside, miles of beaches, surf fishing and surfing.

Blankets, mattress pads and pillows are provided, sheets, pillowcases and towels are not provided. The daybed is ok for a child as it is not a private room area. Uses twin size sheets. It is open on one side to the living area. Blankets, mattress pads and pillows are provided in the drawers below the youth bed, sheets and pillowcases and towels are not provided
