Ground level: Private solar swimming pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, access to a half bath that leads into the rec room complete with Home Theatre, wet bar, under counter fridge and microwave. Bedroom with a Duobunk and Bunk Set, TV, private full bath and slider to deck overlooking the pool. Mid Level: 3 King Bedrooms, each with private bath, TV and slider to deck with ocean/sound views, Sitting area with TV and PlayStation 2 and FSS. Powder Room between floors. Top Level: Great room loaded with windows for fantastic sunset viewing and wrap around views of both the ocean and the sound! The kitchen has all that you need to prepare your meals including granite countertops, & a dining area. Plasma TV.
