First floor has Jr. Master suite w/ Queen bed, private bath, door huge wrap around covered deck w/patio furniture; 2 other BRs have 2 twin beds; full bath with tub/shower and 2 sinks; Fam Rm w/ Queen sofabed, TV, leads to huge wrap around covered deck. Second floor has a large open great room w/ LR and DR that seats 10; spacious kitchen w/granite countertop seats 4; half bath; MBR Queen bed w/ full bath, TV/DVD, and private deck. Huge second floor covered deck has spectacular sunsets and bay views; patio furniture, table w/ chairs, glider, gas grill looks toward beach. Off street parking and outdoor shower. Only rents to families or adults.

Enjoy swimming, boogie boarding; tanning, kayaking, boating, fishing, windsurfing, para sailing; sailing, biking, walking, golfing and shopping, and all year round indoor pool is located at St. Francis; movie theatre; 1 mile to bird sanctuary; close to golf courses. Boat trips leave frequently for Atlantic City, or take a day trip to Cape May, Ocean City or Wildwood boardwalks, Tuckerton Seaport, or Six Flags Great Adventure. Kids will love the short walks to Fantasy Island amusement center, the water park, tennis courts, miniature golf, and adults to the historic village of Beach Haven. Surflight Theater (adult and children's programs) and outdoor concerts are a few blocks away. Shopping and all kinds of restaurants are all within walking distance. Even better than the photos

I just got back from a week at this house with 7 of my friends. We were so thrilled upon arrival to see that the house is even nicer than it looks in the profile photos. Amenities were as promised (even better actually - I hadn't expected wireless internet, but there it was), and the location is one of few on the island where you can walk to mini golf, amusement park with waterslides, great chowda restaurants, etc. Not to mention the beach - about a 5-minute stroll away.

The house was stocked with everything you'd need to cook for the week, but I would recommend bringing a sharp knife or two from home if you anticipate chopping alot of veggies. (The one Santuko at the house got quite a workout during our stay as it was the only sharp knife we found.)

The owner was professional throughout the process - definitely a seasoned vacation-home renter.

I'd definitely recommend this place to a friend.

Our family has been fortunate to stay in this house for a week in June for the last three years. We always have a great time, there is plenty of room for everyone, and the beach is terrific! We are looking forward to our week in June again this year! Can't wait to get together with everyone in a great beach house and beautiful location!
